Shipping policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

Processing time:

All shipping orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping time: 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 
Once packages leave our facility they are out of hands. We are not held responsible for lost/delayed/stolen packages.

Typical delivery time frame is between 5-10 Business Days however; you may receive your items much earlier.

All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays or COVID19.

Local Delivery Eligibility and Requirements ‼️

All orders made under $100 will not be eligible for Local Delivery/Same Day Delivery but will have to be shipped out by mail. $100 is the minimum amount for Local Delivery.
  • There will be a fee applied on all Local Orders of $9.99.
  • The delivery location has the inventory available to fulfill the entire order.
  • Customers are unable to use any other checkout method other than Shop pay in the first step of the checkout. If the customer pays using Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal, then the local delivery option is NOT available.
  • The customer's shipping address must be: within the designated 65 mile radius of 30349 otherwise you will be directed to other shipping options.
  • Customers can include delivery instructions at checkout and are required to leave a phone number so we can contact you.
  • If you are not available to receive your local delivery face to face once we arrive, we will attempt to contact you at the phone number you provided. If we are unable to reach you we will leave your items on the front porch.

Local delivery works with Shop Pay, but doesn't work with other accelerated checkouts like Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, or PayPal.
